Prow ranch with 1215 sq. ft.  The prow front on this plan works well for narrow lots or for lots with great views.  The prow front can be squared off for a little more square footage.  The Clark plan shown below at 1270 sq. ft., is very similar to the Sky View plan without the door arrangement to accommodate a garage. The second elevation shows the Clark prow with a 5/12 roof slope.
