The Aubrey floor plan is a 1,792 square foot ranch home. The plan includes a large master suite with divided walk-in closets, spacious eat-in kitchen with bar overhang, mud room, bay window, and recessed entry. Plan can be customized to suit your needs.

The Brady plan boasts 2,263 square feet of living space and six bedrooms.  The plan can easily be altered to have three, four, or five bedrooms, or make an office and craft room.

This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom, 1,491 square foot home has a formal entrance with access to an office. This layout also includes a living room with a kitchen/dining area in close proximity. It also has a nice size mudroom off the back entrance.

The Lewis plan had 1,105 square feet, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The utility room is conveniently located off the back entrance next to the kitchen.

Prow ranch with 1215 sq. ft.  The prow front on this plan works well for narrow lots or for lots with great views.  The prow front can be squared off for a little more square footage.  The Clark plan shown below at 1270 sq. ft., is very similar to the Sky View plan without the door arrangement to accommodate a garage. The second elevation shows the Clark prow with a 5/12 roof slope.

At 1,878 square feet, the Spokane plans includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a bathroom with garden tub and a nice sized walk in closet. A sun room off the dining room adds extra space for entertaining. This plan can be customized to suit your needs.

The cutie pie plan with 1050 sq. ft. is a two bedroom, one bathroom home with a completely open kitchen, living, dining room. The utility room is conveniently located right off the rear entrance. The Cutie Pie plan can also accommodate two bathrooms as shown in the floor plans below.

The Snoqualmie’s covered front porch welcomes you into a spacious great room that shares the view windows with the dining room and kitchen. Three bedrooms, two full baths, and a family entrance through the utility room make this plan a favorite.

1713 sq. ft.

With two separate living spaces, this three bedroom, two bath ranch design offers privacy between the master suite and secondary bedrooms. It also has a spacious kitchen with attached dining and family room area.

This 1,600 sq. ft., three bedroom, two and a half bath home has the addition of a third module for a large utility room and half bath.  The Kennewick has several upgraded features including the recessed entry, exterior fireplace chase, and bump-out bay window.
