1215 sq. ft.  The prow front on this plan works well for narrow lots or for lots with great views.  The prow front can be squared off for a little more square footage.  The Clark plan shown below at 1270 sq. ft., is very similar to the Sky View plan without the door arrangement to accommodate a garage.
